Why are frat guys so interested in getting me in their frat? how would that be an advantage or benefit them?

I'm really the type of person with nothing interesting. I'm a boring person. No one will really want to hang out with me. On AIM and facebook i am usually the ones asking questions and just getting short yes / no answers. Then I am hanging out with this frat guys and they are all acting interested and stuff. There are also hot girls in there.

I am just really iffy about this. Its like they want something from me. Anyone want to explain this to me?
