obviously he isnt very attrcted to you anymore and also doesnt enjoy time with you anymore, otherwise he WOULD see you more and WANT to be with you
Is he feeling down? It sounds like he's feeling bad about not being able to do those things.
Let him know you love him and you don't care about those things; just care about him.
Talk to him. If he's stressed out, it's going to add to why he might be feeling bad and feeling like that.

Sounds like the guy IS stressed and doesn't have time anymore and thats what he means in his comment. Doesn't mean he doesn't like you he just doesn't think you should wait for him to find time and be happy.

Yeah, that kind of sounds like what my ex said when he broke up with me. =/
He's probably sad he's not being as good of a boyfriend as he can be.
If you still like him and want him to be with you, let him know that you're both busy and even though it can be hard to meet up sometimes, you still like him and want to work through it.
